The Reverend Canon Terence Alexander Lee, Rector, most recently served as Rector of St Gabriel’s Episcopal Church in Hollis, New York, in the Diocese of Long Island. While at St. Gabriel’s, Fr. Lee was appointed by the bishop, Priest-in-Charge of St. John’s Episcopal Church, Springfield Gardens. Prior to his New York calling, he served as Canon Pastor of the Cathedral of St. John, Albuquerque, New Mexico and Rector of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Bennettsville, South Carolina.

The Rev. Chloe Breyer has been an Associate Priest at St. Philip’s Church since 2012. In addition to her ministry to the St. Philip’s Church community, Rev. Breyer has directed the Interfaith Center of New York, a nationally-recognized non-profit organization that catalyzes collaborations among hundreds of grassroots and immigrant religious leaders and civic officials to address New York’s most pressing social problems

Deacon Edwards was born in the island of Antigua, West Indies and raised in the Anglican Church. He joined St. Philip’s Harlem in 1959. Fitzroy Edwards is a retired microbiologist and U.S. Air Force Veteran. In 1998, Fitzroy was ordained a Deacon in the Diocese of New York and has served at St. Philip’s Church for 22 years.

Charles Lovell joined St. Philip's over 13 years ago as Choir Master for our Voices of Praise Gospel group. Charles enjoys teaching. He also teaches in the NYC public school system.
